Hello. I've visited this site many times before primarily to become motivated by the before and after photos. Of course, I was only motivated for as long as I sat in front of the computer. My motivation will have to come from making progress myself, and I am finally beginning to.

Age: 27
Height: 5'5"
Starting Weight: 208.0
Current Weigh: 186.8
Goal Weight: 136-144 (My weight in 2004.)
Goal Date: June 1, 2010
Method: Without question I am taking the "lifestyle change" route because it simply makes the most sense. I record each calorie consumed, exercise five days per week, and blog for accountability.

I really hope to be a "before and after" by June of next year. :)
 
Good work on your progress so far! I've only been focusing on weight-loss for about 3 weeks now, but I can already tell just from the difference in the way that I am making decisions and holding myself accountable for things that it's going to be different this time around. Even when I have "bad" or off days, I still wake up the next morning with the mindset that I'm still committed to my weight-loss goals. That's a big difference from the way things have been in the past ...
