First off, Happy New Year's to everyone. I am new to this site. I came across it about an hour ago and I am very happy that I did. I am a 25 year old mother and wife. I work as a legal processor for the DA's office. And my work schedule is not so hectic, but by the time I'm off, it's dark outside. Well that's because of the hour been changed. I know in a few months it won't be that way. My current weight is about 145lbs and I'm 5'6. From what I've been told, that's a healthy weight for me, but I don't feel great about the way I look. My goal is to reach my 125lbs, which was what I weighed before having my son. I tried going to the gym, but it's just so hard for me because of work, having to go home and make dinner and wanting to spend time with my son and husband and also financial issues that won't let me sign up at a gym. What do you recommend that I do, since I really can't going a gym, or run outside. I know eating healthy is a must. But what are your types of work outs at home that I can do?
