Hey Everyone,

New here, but as someone else on this board mentioned - definitely not new to weight loss. This past September I was at my goal weight, took a break, and now its March, I've gained 30lbs and am pretty miserable - so obviously need to go out and get this fixed. I'm hoping that this is a fairly active board - as you all know, having moral support is what makes the difference.

Stats are as follows:

Age: 25
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 175
Goal Weight: 135
Total Loss Goal: 40lbs

This is the heaviest I've been in a long time, and if any of you have been up and down with their weight, you'll probably know that the more you gain the more difficult it is to motivate yourself and get out of the viscious cycle.

Here I am - and totally optimistic. I'm sick of not being at my full potential. :cheers2:

its seems that you are pretty motivated...

what are your eating habits... and exercise plans???

...thats really horrible that you gained everything back...

Hello and Welcome Aboard,
You do seem really motivated, which is very good. With out the motivation I don't think any of us would be moving on the down hill slide, or band wagon, or journey, whatever you may call it..or a lifestyle change.

The peeps here are very supportive. You might want to read the sticky threads, because they give a lot of information that would be very important to your success in weight loss ...

you wouldnt be te first one. Its like smoking - you can quit several times before you realize what it takes to stay quit ... except you cant quit eating lol.
