I'm new. Very new and not sure if any of this will even show up!
I have always been interested in health but at times over the years have let things get out of hand. 2 years ago I started using a site that was just getting started. I monitor all my food on line.
This site is unique because it will calculate nutrition and vitamins according to your needs. If I'm doing good things show up "green" if not so good they show in "red". If during the day I see I'm short or "red" on a certain vitamin I can chose a food that will help. When I "click" on the red item, up pops food choices high in those needs.
It works the same way if I am eating to much of something, say sodium. It will be "red". Click on that and the food I've eaten, high in sodium, will show in descending order.
Because I have been able to see how my choices effect my nutrition I am learning to make wiser choices. I find I don't concentrate on calories. But, I'm looking at colors! It's become a game with me. "Don't go to bed until I've gotten as green as possible".
Best part of this.....It's a FREE site.
So now what do I do? Can I tell you the address? Or do I wait until someone ask for it? Questions, questions.
