, and welcome any new people!!! You all seem to be doing pretty good! I just came to stop by before I went to bed to say I lost another 2lbs this week, and my weigh-in isn't until Monday... Shh! don't tell anybody
lol I cheated on the weigh-in, but I'm super excited about it!! Though I was over my maintenance level in calories today which makes me sad
... but omg, my work pants are huge on me! I need to buy a new pair already! I'm going to stick with one new pair a month or something, lol... if I need to buy them that often!! I'll check back tomorrow when I have more time to get caught up with the thread! Night...

too cool. They say it is best to lose weight slowly. Depending on the diet that you are on, it is possible to see a greater loss in the first month because of the loss of water weight. Do not worry, just keep doing what you are doing and even if it is coming off slowly, it is still coming off so it is something to be happy about. Sometimes I think...If I stuck to weight loss all of the times I said I would I would have been so slim by now, so even if the weight is coming off slow now, I am not stopping or getting discouraged. In the future I know I will thank myself for sticking through this.
