Your muscles tear a little when you work out, and you have to get your blood pumping the day after a workout to get the nutrients to your muscles so they can be repaired. If you don't, your body gets sorer than it would if you did. So walk or something on off days, just to get your blood pumping, and it should get better.
Or maybe NatalieJo is right and you're just working out way too hard all the time.
But if I have the same 2nd day thing you do.

I really feel disappointed in myself. I could have gotten anything else but WHY did i get fast food? Even at the fast food place, I could have gotten a salad, but I got the worst thing. Why I ask? Lack of will maybe? I was so exhausted all day and just feeling crummy, so I indulged only to make myself feel worse
not good!!! If I don't do better there will soon be stomach ripping

I guess misery loves company...but no really thanks for bringing me back to reality. Nataliejo, I am actually doing this for health reasons, but the revenge just makes it all the more fun. I am happy that you are feeling more healthy, this is one of my more immediate goals and actually was the core of why i was so stressed about the fast food. I am trying to change my lifestyle you know what i mean, and I have to be strong because having big everyday lapses does not equal change.
