New Workout Routine

I have been following workout set by a trainer at my gym as part of an introductory package. However, this has now ended and i am creating my own workout. My main aim is to lose weight. This is what i have come up with based roughly on my previous workouts

Cardio 30 mins Heart Rate 150-165 (20 years Old) doing either consistent levels of resistance, interval or hill training

3 sets of 10-12 reps of

Barbell Shoulder Press
Lever Pec Dec Butterfly Motion
Seated Row
Deadlift
Lever Curl for biceps
Dumbell triceps extension behind head (two handed)

This is for a total body workout 3 times a week on non consectutive days

I am not sure if i'm missing anything out or don't have enough compound exercises or if some muscles are being worked twice etc.

My last workout was

3 sets of 10-12 reps of

Dumbell Shoulder Press
Bench Press
Dumbell Lateral Raise
Leg Press
Lat Pull down Machine
Dumbell Bent Over Row

I am looking for new exercises to do to replace these.

Can someone take a look and tell me if its okay. Thanks
 
I suggest reading my thread titled "the basic lifts." It's a stickie found in the "weight loss through exercise" section of this site. If you have questions about it, I'll check back here. It can certainly be modified too, so don't think it's set in stone.
