I'm in the Harrisburg area at the moment. My start weight was 198,I've lost about 10lbs so far, working on 10% goals and would eventually like to be 150. Some times to go to metal show in Baltimore. I have a liking for beer and this is a bit of a down fall in the weightloss journey,lol. thanks for the support! I've joined weightwatchers and LA fitness, I've only been on weghtwatchers for a week now and took a spinning class today, a real eye opener to how out of shape I am, my goal isn't just to lose weight but to become healthy in general.
