New to Workout

Hey Guys.

I have just started my 12 month Gym membership and so far i have been realy motivated. I just had a few questions!

1. Ive posted some pcis of my bodie to help you give some help/advice, But i was wondering
At the moment i have been doing 1hr cardio a day Which consists of 30 mins on tredmill Power walking and a little bit of running
and 30 mins of the bike
I currently DONT do weights yet as i am only 15 and my gym dosnt let me do weights until im 16 which is in 4 weeks (YAY)
So i was wondering what sort of weights will i need to do that could fit in with my cardio and maybe how long and how many times do i practis with weights,
I know its hard to answer as you dont know my stats and that my genetics play a major role

But just a general idear on how i would do weights and cardio, to get abs would help

Whats you main goal then? How do you want you body to look etc.
 
Loose a little weight, Define my abs so there visable, Tone up

Oh and whats the difference From Tonning Up And Build and Bulk Up
 
Toning up includes mainly losing weight so that your muscles are more visible and look more lean.

Bulking up includes eating a calorie surplus, gaining weight, and including lifting heavy weights.

According to the more knowledgable people on this forum, you can build muscle and lose weight at the same time but only to a certain extent.

Are you wanting larger muscles or to just look more slim?
 
Im aiming to get my slim but defined, but alot people that around me are into bulking up so i was just curius on what it was

So yeah for me it would be slimming and becoming more defined
