I've been reading these boards for a few days now and thought I'd type a small introduction.
February 1, 2005 I was at my highest weight of 135 kg. I really didn't like how I was looking or feeling, so I knew i had to do something about it.
The past year I've been watching what I eat (lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains), and took up running. I'm really enjoying my lifestyle now, and have lost 45 kg since then (roughly a 100 lbs).
The last few kilo's are coming off slowly now (would like to lose 5-7 kg more), and thought I'd visit this site for motivation and inspitration!
