New to this

Hi guys,
So I'm 18..and for the past 18 years I've lived pretty unhealthily..
I've always been on some sort of diet, but I was always too lazy to actually go work out, and although I am not overweight, I am getting close to being so. Also, I smoke.
Recently I came to my senses and I decided that I'm gonna turn my life around, there is a new gym opening in my area, and I plan to sign up as soon as it opens.
I am going to visit all my friends (I moved away and haven't seen anyone for 2 years) this summer, and I wanna lose approximately 20 pounds by june.
I am 5'7'' and 68kg. If I could lose 10kg I would be very happy.
Do you guys have any idea how I could get started?? As in which exercises are the best...any modifications to my diet??
(Aside from quitting smoking..I'm on it ) :)

welcome to the forum

develop the "lifestyle" now and you can do lot's of stuff many other people won't EVER do. Being fit, is about being able to LIVE and DO!
