Hi. This is my first time joining anything on line, so please forgive me if I can't figure out how to respond or even how to correctly post this message. I have never dieted and now need to lose a few pounds and was wondering how to doctor up the weight watches 0 point soup.
Thanks

You did just fine posting. Welcome! :)

I've never had the zero-point soup - what's wrong with it that it needs doctoring? IMHO, a little sriracha / chili-garlic paste never hurt anything. But there are plenty of other healthy, low-cal things you can eat - no reason to eat stuff you don't like.

I just think it needs more flavor. Keep in mind that this is my first real attempt to diet. I have just tried to cut back in the past and now it is time to do a bit more than cut back cuz that isn't working. Any suggestions on a first time dieter? I don't even know how to count calories.....

Counting calories isn't that difficult. I use fitday.com to track everything i put in my mouth. For the foods it doesn't list you can add them by adding the nutritional information on the side of items to a new custom food.

Aim to be accurate but not spot on otherwise it might drive you crazy :p
