Hey everyone, I'm new to this site but have been on my "mission" of losing for basically all my life it seems with varying degrees of success. I'm 5'11, 28yo with a broad build, I have ranged from 208lbs up to my max of about 275lb which I'm at now. I want to get back down to about 220lbs as my goal for now and see how I feel then. I have been exercising at least a few times a week since about late august. I'm jogging 2 miles at least 3 times a week, sometimes up to 5. So thats about it in short, watch for me in the before and after section! Lol...
