Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mother of 4, two girls ages 5 (6 next month) and 3, and three month old twin boys. I gained 65 pounds this last pregnancy although I wasn't too worried because I was having twins. I lost 35 pounds in the beginning because of breastfeeding and watching what I ate, but I began bottlefeeding and I've stopped losing. It's hard trying to exercise while having twins especially so small and demanding. Just getting dressed and brushing my hair/teeth at this point is an accomplishment. Is there any advice new moms have with either healthy quick meals or quick workouts? Anything would help. Thanks
welcome! i moved your post over here so more people would see it. the new mom section seems to get missed a lot! i also have twins (boy and girl) that will be 5 in april. its tough when they are young to get things done especially when you have other children! i always waited til my hubby got home and did my walking in the evening right after serving dinner. you could also prepare some one dish meals ahead and freeze them (like lasagna?) and that way you will have more time later for exercise.
