I am very much concern about my health and want to discuss on various topics in these forums specially related to health.i hope everyone in this forum like me and also like my comments which i would like to share with everyone as i am a very honest person and simple straight forward loves to make new friends.

Hey John welcome! It's wise to be concerned with your health, if everyone was, this world would be much better off. Having a lot of fat, especially internal fat Google > visceral fat, is very risky healthwise. Do you have weight problems?

Everyone benefits from eating healthily - ensuring that they get enough protein, fibre, healthy fats, water etc and being active - irrespective of whether they need to lose weight, gain weight or maintain weight. In all honesty the only difference between all three situations is the amount of calories that you have to spend when selecting your food / drink.

Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor? While some of us have valid concerns - others of us have concerns which are unfounded...

You do not mention your weight and height - which would enable us to have an idea of how things are for you.
