Hi guys,
Im new to this forum. To tell you guys about myself, Im a 25 yr old engineer from Baltimore. In High School I was a 3 sport athlete and had no problem staying in shape. Then came on college. Through all of the drinking and fun I had, I gained alot of weight, 5 years of college= about 60lbs. Now that I look at that, its sad. Then my gf of almost 6 years ditched me, so i found comfort in food. Doesnt everyone. I joined this forum to make changes in my life, not only to look better, but to feel better and be healthy. I need help setting up a diet and a work out regiment that will put on muscle while dropping fat.
