Hey there,

Since September of 2008 I have been in a bit of a rut. I had some minor injuries, minor depression, fell into some bad eating habits etc... As a result I have managed to pack on a bit of weight. But lately (now that my pants barely fit me) I've decided to turn things around.

So, I'm hoping to get into a healthy routine. That includes a healthy diet, regular exercise and balanced mental health. I guess if I had to put a number on the weight I'd like to lose I'd say between 10kg (22lbs) and 15kg (33lbs). That's a long term goal (6 months) and it takes into account the muscle weight I may gain.

Welcome to you. You are smart to catch it when you only need to lose 10-15kg - not like me who needs to lose 50kg!
