Hey guys! I am new to this forum but re-dedicating myself to weight loss goals. I have been on again off again with my weight loss and the goals that I have set for myself but am ready to get back on track by using the tools that I have kinda always known. I feel like the key to losing weight and getting back in shape is NOT knowing everything, it is in the actual DOING. . . .. which we aren't always great at. So I am looking for support.
