New to this, but excited about it.

I am 5' 2 and currently 207 pounds. I went through a really bad breakup two months ago that has motivated me to get myself moving in a positive direction. I have been able to lose 10 pounds in these past three weeks and am thrilled about continuing this. My true problem is food; I keep convincing myself that I can cheat a little and I will burn it off at the gym, so thats something I need to work on. I have recently discovered Zumba and have fallen completely in love with it!! Hopefully I can get feedback from you guys as to what to do to get myself on track with the food aspect of my journey!
 
Thank you!! I have been taking the gym pretty seriously and am doing one hour exercise classes 5 or 6 days a week. It kind of bums me out because I don't see any real change in the scale even though i feel a bit looser in my pants and stuff like that. Hopefully it's not all psychological haha. I'm aware I need to do a lot of cardio but running and using the elliptical machine just bores me!! If anyone has any advice on good cardio alernatives I would appreciate it!
 
10lb in 3 weeks is great! :]


Be careful with the cheats though, while important to indulge once and a while, it can be rather detrimental to your overall progress, which can lead to discouragement.


Although, if you stick to a routine and utilize the amazing support these forums can offer, I have no doubt you'll be just fine :)
