New to the thread!

Hi all! I'm new here. My name is Jamie and I'm from Florida. I've been working out regularly since January, as well as transitioning to a healthier diet and lifestyle. I'm 22 5 foot 1 and currently down to 128lbs. I started at 150. My goal weight is somewhere between 115 and 120. Right now I jog at least three times a week (usually around 2 miles, slowly working up to more), and do different workouts such as tae bo, core rhythems dance, Gilad, different sculpting and weight moves, and pilates. I do at least a half hour of yoga a day as well. My diet is mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, with lean meats (chicken, fish), lots of beans, soy milk, whole grains, and minimal cheese, white flour, red meats, and fattening junkie food. My take is the more support the better. So I hope to get to know more of you guys soon. :D
