Hello. I've been dieting since last January, when I was diagnosed with diabetes. I started at about 275 lb and now weigh 188, and want to get down to about 180. I'm here to look for new info and to share what I've learned along the way.
My exercise thus far has been mainly walking the dog, but now I'm looking to get a bit more fit and to include some weight training in my program.
