Hi all my name is Sal and I am new to the site. I am 43 and on July 1st I started a diet and exercise program. My starting weight was 280 and I am now at 257 my goal weight is 175. I am trying to stay around 1500 - 1800 calories a day and I exercise for 1 hour a day 6 days a week. I do 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio. Any help or advice is appreciated.
