New to the site

Hi All,

Just thought i would introduce myself, im currently living in Houston (working), but im actually from Wales,Uk. Joined the site to get motivated, and to get some tips whilst i try and lose some weight.

Im wanting to lose 20lbs, hopefully by April!

what is your diet and exercise way?

My Diet consists of lots of water,fruit & Vegtables. I had a bad habbit of eating snacks between meals, so im eating fruits instead, and im eating alot of vegtables such as Brocolli,carrots,sweetcorn,asaparagus, i eat these mainly with a stir fry and chicken, or just a breast of chicken on its own with Brocolli. My water intake has quadrupled too, i was drinking alot of diet pepsi's but found it making me hungrier!

I excersise 3 times a week, and spend 1 1/2 hours in the gym each time, usually 60min cardio, then weight training.
