Hi everyone! I am looking for some ideas to lose weight without necessarily going on a diet. I have issues with emotional eating, but love to exercise. I suffer from depression (although it's been under control for a while) so when I get into a depressed state I tend to eat more and exercise less...hence the weight gain. I just want to be happy and healthy. When I lived in Italy last year I ate what I wanted and lost about 10 pounds, but gained it all back when I got back to America. It must be the food! Everything in Italy is natural...no chemicals...and it must be that olive oil. But even when I eat that kind of "mediterranean" diet here in the U.S I don't lose any weight. I'm not big on restricting what I eat but I'm wiling to exercise more. Any suggestions would be great!
