Hello and welcome! Why don't you tell us more about yourself? How much weight do you want to loose? What kind of diet are you on??

You might want to start a diary, we keep track of our diet and excersize there, along with how we are feeling that day.

If you have any questons, let me know!
 
Actually I already well on my way to losing my weight. I have started my own diet plan. I watch what I eat but not to much and I exercise pretty often. I just find it helpful to hang out on forums like this and to visit websites that are set up for dieting, hense the reason I made my own. Thanks for the welcome guys.
