Hi everyone! I'm new to the site. Just to give a background of what my weight is and my physique; I'm 236 pounds, 6 feet tall, 23 years old and have most of my fat around my midsection area. I used to play hockey when I was younger and the big part of hockey is to have strong legs. My legs I'm assuming make-up a lot of my muscle weight. Just looking for some good pointers and motivational tips to keep me going. I know what is required to be in shape but lose the motivation 3-4 weeks down the road all the time. And the diet is the problem as well lol.
