Hi Everyone, Ive been obese for most of my life ( Im 28 now). About two years ago I reached my highest weight of 475 pounds (Im 6'6") I then moved to Santa Cruz, a very active city, the beach, camping and hiking gave me the inspiration to start working out and eating better. In a year and a half I lost close to 100 pounds, I am currently around 380. I recently moved to a new city, Las Vegas baby!!! After not focusing on my weight loss goals for a couple of months due to moving, finding a job, and partying/trying to meet people I am focusing on my health again. I now workout six days a week, I do a small weightlifitng workout, followed by a hill program on the treadmill, I walk until the calorie count is min. 700 cal. usually around 40-50 minutes. I an going grocery shopping later and I am going to try and focus on rice, chicken, beef and veggies.
