Hi, I really enjoyed reading the forums. Really positive environment and wonderful advices. Prior to starting I have been switching to a healthy diet for almost a year which I have successfully accomplish (no more fast food cravings). I started my actual Weight Loss Journey about 2 months ago which I am having great success. Where should I post this info, If I ever decided to post my progress since I don't usually post daily or once a week basis just whenever I will see a change.

Welcome! If you need any help, just ask. Do you wish to share some of your success? I hope you do a diary like Kayshiz mentioned. We can always use more inspirations.
 
How I Lost 65 Pounds Fast!!

Now I know how hard losing weight can be at times especially if you are a woman, I know because I have been there through all the ups and downs of weight loss. I have tried working out and being healthy with my husband, it had worked for a bit the only problem was he was losing more than me and I just seemed to be gaining more? It made no sense to me at all; I tried VARIOUS diets, different work out plans, numerous doctors had given me different options, I completely changed my life and nothing worked. Then finally I found the answer, I visited a hypnotherapist recommended by my doctor. Now I was a little sceptical about seeing a hypnotherapist because I figured they were going to put me in some kind of trance I had no control over, but that was not the case at all. Now I’m like many of you where you’re in a situation where money is limited so my hypnotherapist recommended an alternative, a website that he personally agreed with. I started on a weight loss program called “Thick Thin” I had started seeing real results in as little as 3 months, I couldn’t believe my eyes it was actually working. For the first time in a long time I was happy to see the person looking back at me in the mirror. I completely 100 % recommend you try to help with your weight loss if you’re having problems I did and I lost 65 pounds and went from a size 12 to a 8, trust me I know I have been there but I have finally found that there is a way to get healthy!
