My name is Donna and I am a mom of a 1 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. I have been wanting to better my lifestyle so I can keep up with my children as they grow.
I live in La Crete, AB which is a very little community in northern Alberta, Canada. The winters are long and cold and the summer short and sweet.
I am looking forward to connecting with the fitness community and hoping to get some good tips on both excercising and eating well.
