New to the forum.

Just thought i would introduce myself.

I'm 20 years old and im 5'11.

I recently went from 250 to 215 over the summer and had to stop running due to a back injury from a car accident.

Since then ive been on and off about going to the gym but have finally decided to stick with it.

Ive been going for 3 weeks stright now and have been lifting mostly just upper body, Shoulder, biceps, triceps and chest.

Also, i have been doing moderate cardio and plan to add to it by ten minutes a week.

My long term goal is to get to about 175 with some muscle, i know its going to take a while but im taking it a day at a time.
