Hello all my name is Tim.
I found the forum through a Google search today and read a number of posts before finally deciding to join up.
I just recently took up the cause to lose weight again and I am off to a fine start, but I figured it couldn't hurt to have moral support so here I am. Perhaps I will gain some wisdom from the rest of you on my journey and any I can bestow I would be glad to.
In any matter, thank you for having me, and I look forward to reporting my progress and hearing of everyone elses as well.
