Hello everyone! I've been lurking around for a couple of weeks and decided I needed to introduce myself. I've gotten so much inspiration from the people on this forum! Whenever I need some motivation I check out the Before and Afters. Hopefully I can contribute to that thread someday!
I'm about a week into a fresh attempt to lose weight--the right way! I'm tracking my calories and walking everywhere I can. (I'm a college student, so that's a good amount.) I've had half-hearted attempts in the past, including a couple bouts of the South Beach diet. (I couldn't even make it though the first two weeks without "cheating.")
I'm over that stuff now and I'm focusing on doing things the right way. Anyways, this is much longer than I intended it to be so I think I'll wrap it up. I'll be starting a diary soon to track my progress, so come check it out if you're interested!
