Hey everybody im just checkin in, was curious of a good diet and exercise plan to lose that belly fat! Right now im eating fruit and sub sandwiches pretty much every day, and have beem jogging an hour on the treadmill for 5 miles 4-5 days a week. Well ive been doing it for like 2 weeks now Im just looking for some pointers to improve this
 
Well you can't really target where you want to lose weight from, but I'm sure that if your belly is the largest part of you then you should have no problem getting rid of it quickly.

I am not a good person to suggest a good diet - in terms of types of foods. If you were to ask me I'd say fruit and subs were just fine as long as you followed your needed calories for the day.

Have you lost any weight in the 2 weeks you've been doing it?
