New To The Forum

I'm a 21 year old male in Denver Colorado. I came to this forum just for something to stay focused and advice. I'm currently 5 10, 205 pounds I'm in my first week of a 12 week cycle. My overall target weight is 185 with a single digit BMI and muscle gain. I'm taking hydroxy cut hardcore as a supplement. I travel a lot for my job and do not have accsess to a stove or fridge so the diet is going to be challenge but when isnt it. I really don't have a set diet just paying attention to calories and cards and so on. My excercise is usally limited to the labor at work and situps pushups running walking when I'm not at home. That's my story and I look foward to being apart of the forum. Feel free to give advice it would be appreciated.
 
I don't have any advice for you as your goals are completely foreign to me. I just don't wanna be fat. :)
