New to the forum!

Hi everyone! I am new to the forum trying to lose some more weight and gain some more knoledge. A little background for ya. I am a 23 yom got out of the Army a few years ago, went through a depression, got divorced and gained about 100lbs in the process. I started watching my diet a little more closely about 6 months ago and lost about 30lbs. I started working out again a couple of months ago. havent been keeping track of the weight I lost but my clothes are looser. I am currently about 250lbs (Figure about the same as when I started due to muscles being build back up). My goals is to get back down to the 180lbs and get rid of the Keg and get my 6-pack back.Well I wish everyone here luck in their endevors, with some hard work and ingenuity we will overcome obesity.
