Hello everyone,

I have struggled with my weight for years. I have been up and down. Over the last two years it has been mostly up.

Today I have resolved to take control and get my problem under control.

I am looking forward to getting to know some of you and helping each other take this journey.

Couldn't agree more, same situations as me, sick of being like this. I just try to remember I'm doing it for myself above all. Too feel good :D

I'm also a newbie, seems like there's a few of us that have just joined, if you're interested in starting a challenge post for us or something like that, let me know....or we could all resolve to join the October 2lbs a week challenge! It'd be great support!
 
Congrats to all 3 of you for joining the WLF as it is. Here's some awesome words of advice, free of charge... (HA! I'm usually conceited, but at the moment, I'm just messing around.) start up a food journal/ diary at the site if you haven't yet. It will keep you accountable for everything you eat and do. (exercise wise) Read all stickied threads, because they hold a plethora of information on nutrition, fitness, etc. Also... they're great for those times you just feel like ranting. (I know, because I do it ALL the time.) It will give other members the opportunity to get to know you and if you're lucky, you'll gain tons of advice/ support. Another thing... if you're interested in a site or two for free calorie counters check out or even Both are great. Good luck you 3... we'll be keeping an eye out on you. :D
