I have rollercoastered with my weight for the past 7 years. Senior year in highschool I went from 230 to 168. I felt great but I was basically starving myself so I was still flabby and had no energy.

I have come to the conclusion that was the wrong way to go.

Then around 4 years ago I have worked out intensly and got down to around the smallest I've everbeen at a 32 waist at 6 feet tall. I was happy with myself and ready to go. But then I transfered to a different college, lost my routine and gained it all back. Since then I've never been able to get back on track and am round 200 lbs. I'd like to go down to as small as I should be being a 6 foot tall male.

Does anybody have any good Idea's my girlfriend suggested the 6 meals aday but I don't know what they would consist of.

I hope with the help of this forum I can get some useful information to drop it and keep it off.

find out how many calories your body needs, then eat slightly less (ie if you use 2500 a day, eat 1800-2000)
Make sure you eat a good amount of protein (meats, eggs, dairy) so you dont loose muscle mass. This should stop you being skinny but shapeless/flabby :)

I HIGHLY suggest reading through the stickie thread titled "words of wisdom."
