I'm new to this forum too! I am so glad I found this forum. It's nice to share my accomplishments, goals and failures with all of you who can relate. I have to post a before pic of myself for inspiration. I've been overweight for alot of years and I'm finally taking this weight problem seriously. I look forward to your support too!

I'm also new here. I'm a 24 year-old male presently living in Germany and I'm here because I'm overweight! Since I came to Germany I lost 9 kg, don't really know why. Maybe I eat better or something?!!
