New to the forum

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I am almost 28 yrs old, 5'6" and around 115 lbs (depending on the day). My weight tend to fluctuate between 114-117. I am an exercise maniac and have been actively involved in fitness since I was 15yrs old. Currently I try to stick with this routine: 5 days a week of cardio (1-1.5 hrs) and lifting 4 days a week. I am also aiming for a six pack as my birthday present to myself...so I recently purchased a stability ball and medicine ball so I can do abs in the morning to start me off on a good note. I am a vegetarian and eat healthy most of the time (I allow myself a cheat day most weeks). I love veggie products, salads, protein supplements etc...
My goal is to build more muscle tone, since I have been slacking for the past two months. So it's almost like I'm starting over again. Anyway, that's me in a nutshell..I wish you all luck!!

Sounds like you are on the right track to staying in shape, so I can only welcome you to the forum and wish you good luck with the 6-pack ... i've given up on that dream ... not in the genes - i'll just have to settle with a 5 ;)

I can only admire your routine and your idea for a birthday present. Respect...never crossed my mind...Good Luck - hope you get it:)
