New to the forum and wanting to tone up :)

Hello I'm new to the forum, so a little bout me:

I'm turning 20 this year and I have recently lossed 70 pounds. I'm in my healthy weight range etc. So I'm stoked about that.
However I need to tone up... specifcally the imfamous trouble areas for women... arm, thighs (and all that come with it :p), and abs.
I'm a student so I do not have the money to spend on a gym membership, but I want excersises that i can do at home to tone up.

Any one who could help me out or point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated :)
