LOL! Anyways i am basically joining to get health/exercise information. Turning my life around and going after something i should have done 4 years ago. Which is join the Air Force. Unforently since then i have gone from 195lbs at 5'9" to 242lbs at 6' and over the past year, off and on dieting down to 223lbs! Well my goal is to be at 200lbs by April 1st. Or to get my body fat % down within requirements!
Anyways i havent had anything but healthy juice, water or those crystal light water flavor packs in the last 3 weeks! Havent had fast food in probably 2 weeks! Started going back to the gym again. Doing 2 days on 1 day off for rest! Generally Spend about 75 minutes at the gym. So far what i am averageing per gym visit, with it getting better and better is...
Threadmill - 25mins - 2.25 miles
Bike Machine - 30mins - 7-8 miles
20 Minute Light weight lifting and pull-ups!
