Hi everyone. I'm a newbie and this is my first post. I'm a chronic yo-yo dieter and have been struggling with the same 20 lbs forever! I usually starve myself and exercise like a freak in order to look good for an event or trip and then I reward myself by slacking off and overeating.

Well, I was reading an article one day and it mentioned that yo-yo dieting is bad for the heart. So I have decided that I want to stop the cycle of fad diets/starving/binging and just focus on healthy habits that I can adopt into my lifestyle. So I'm looking forward to conversing with all of you on diet, exercise, tips, etc.
 
well i'm glad to hear your putting an end to the yo-yoing! Remember, a lifestyle change is the way to go...small changes add up!!
