just saying hello to all :)

no one that i can really talk to through my weight loss journy so why not start with ppl that i can identify with!

I have lost about 50lbs since i started dieting in sept 2007 and have posted some pics in the before and after section

hi everyone,
just wanted to say hi... i struggled with losing weight after pregnancies - anyone in the same boat?
i'm finally back to my original weight, after 3 years and 2 pregnancies!!
i'm happy to share my tips with everyone!
