I'm 34 I was 231 at my heavies. My current weight is 213. (I was 203 a week ago, but I got off my diet and exercise regiment. Currently, I am on a 1200 calorie diet and walk 5 miles a day 6 days/week, yoga 2x a week, and strength training 2x a week. Hoping to add Ti' Chi soon.
How do I get I get one of those weight scales that everyone else seems to have? Thanks
