Hi everyone. I am a 21 year old female. I am 5'3", 180 lbs. I have done Weight Watchers, calorie counting, low carb, low fat & exercising as means to try and lose weight. I've not been very successful. There is a doctor in my area who specializes in the Protein Sparing Modified Fast. I'm nervous. I have a consultation with this doctor but this diet frightens me. Has anyone done it? I know that I NEED to lose weight and I feel like I need to try something new... but am I not "overweight enough" for PSMF? I know of extremely obese people doing it but to my knowledge not anyone my size.
