I'm 20 years old and am new to working out. I am 5'11, 125lbs. In high school I wasn't big on working out. Now that I'm 20 and not in high school, I am feeling like I'm too weak too often. So I've decided to bulk up and not be scrawny. This forum looks like a great place to learn. Any advice or help is appreciated as I am a complete beginner.
