I used to do herbalife as a homebusiness but actually quit promoting them because I did not want to promote a product I don´t believe n. It might be working "great" when you are on it, but actually checking out the ingredients in many of the products they offer, there are things you just should not put into your system and you are far better off eating healthy real food.
I am also not a fan of replacing meals with shakes and snack bars, I don´t think it promotes healthy permanent weight loss, since many people just don´t learn to eat healthy, and as soon as they stop using these replacement products, their weight shoots up again.
Anyways, that is just my personal opinion, and the more power to you if it does work for you!
Hi ya...
its a shame you have decided not to do herbalife any more. may i ask where you got your information from.
THIS IS fOOD... the governments hav now classed Herbalife shakes ats a Healthy Meal apposed to a meal replacement.
.... impossible? Says who? Herbalife marketers? nutritionists? With a little bit of training and maybe help from a classified nutritionist I believe it is very well possible to do, but saying it is impossible kind of sounds like part of a herbalife salespitch to me, sorryas i have said before your body demands hundreds of nutrients from the second you wake up... it is impossible to get this from traditional food.
just one look at the labels tells me there is nothing pure and simple about these products, but yeah, that is my opinion... pure and simple to me are normal foods, vegetables, fruits, wholegrain products etcherbalife is pure and simple nutrition.
