Hey,

I am looking forward to making some positive choices in my diet and health.

I have decided to take the calorie counting, portion control approach with the use of supplements (omega 3, and a multivitamin) because I am not much of a fish eater and I want to be sure to get what I need.

Does anyone know of any tools (software or website) that I can use that will give me sample menus, and or check boxes to select what I want to eat and automatically calculate the calories ect...

I have found online tools for calculating how many calories I should be taking in, but I need more of the day to day.
