New to forum

Hello all,

This is my first time in this forum and drawn to it because of the fact that it relates to fitness. I am a wife and mother of three and currently I am a along with conducting Bible Studies on Saturdays. I was at 200 pounds about a year ago and now I at 140 pounds and still striving daily. All of my achievements were without a gym membership and no personal trainer. I hope to guide and educate other women on their success as well.
