Welcome :) Are you following a particular diet or going down the ol' healthy eating route? Hope you're doing well xxx

I am just trying to eat healthier and my target calories are 1200-1300 a day. I do Zumba 5 days a week and add strength training in 2 days. I'm going for Zumba instructor training on May 8th and I really want to lose more of this weight by then!!
